Middlebrook Estate in the majestic McLaren Vale Wine Region is a Unique Function and conference Facility that understands the importance of your conference and corporate clients.

Middlebrook Estate can tailor make a package to suit your individual requirements with an array of options available catering for groups from 10 to 200. We offer the perfect exclusive location for your event, whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering, grand occasion, premier launch or a social event, we will assist you in ensuring your event is truly memorable, for you and your guests.

The Pillar-less event space with rational and a natural lighting, exceptional award winning catering and service has led to Middlebrook Estate to hosting constantly successful and a reputation as one of Adelaide’s leading Function and Conference venues.

The Beautiful outside terrace offers a view of our luscious grounds, majestic Rotunda and rolling vineyards it is a beautiful relaxed additional space to perfectly complement the inside.

The Roxton Room

Is located on the Western edge of the building with a stunning view of the manicured lawns and vineyards with access to the paved terrace, The Roxton Room has the capacity to hold a maximum of 250 people. The Roxton Room boasts cobble stone flooring, full entertainment equipment, with sloping ceiling central automated skylight with access to the cellar door foyer, lounge and bar. This room has an abundance of natural light with windows spanning the entire western side of the room. The Roxton is complete with multiple Reverse Cycle Air conditioning and adjustable lighting.

The Cortile Gallery

Is located on the eastern edge of the Cellar door, Lounge and Bar. This room has pattern brick flooring with a floor to ceiling glass panelled eastern wall which provides access to an outdoor intimate garden and also allows an elegant view of the Willunga Foothills with the option of black theatre curtains to block out the entire wall. This room is also equipped with Reverse Cycle Air conditioning.


The Boardroom

Is located inside the Cellar door, Lounge and Bar, previously the known as the David Dryden art gallery, this is the most intimate unique options available housing McLaren Vale’s board room table seating up to 26 guests, built from the wood off old Jarrah vats. This room is full carpeted and air conditioned contains its own Lounge, Television Screen and bar facility.

The Fermentation Hall ( Opens 2014 )

This unique room is located centrally inside our building, adjacent to our main kitchen. The entrance is through the Cortile Gallery, hence making this room versatile by having its own Restaurant area. The original large wooden beams still stand today as this room was the original Fermenting Hall. The heart of the winery which was constructed from concrete and sunken into the natural earth for it cooling properties .Today, the tanks have been filled in to create a floor space area with enclosed glass walling around the entire room. The floor is carpeted with climate controlled air conditioning and equipped with audio and visual equipment. The Fermentation Hall also has a fully equipped bar area that captures the essence of exclusivity and seclusion from the outside world. The perfect Conference Room..

The David McLaren Room ( Opens 2014 )

This secluded room was originally built by David Hardy for his private parties and is located adjacent to the Fermentation Hall inside what was originally known as the Barrel Hall of Middlebrook. Today this Den like area with timber mouldings and private bar, is completely set up for intimate conferences and is ideally suited to undercover product launches within our facility. The Barrel Hall would make the perfect location for Workshops, Corporate Events and Conferences that require the industrial look.

Middlebrook is able to accommodate a computer terminal as well as photocopying for the organisers and staff of the event upon request through our business centre. Please be aware that charges may be incurred for the use of these facilities.

AV Requirements

Any additional AV requirements can be cater to by a professional external supplier for any extra requirements.

Transportation

Middlebrook Estate can assist you with all you transport requirements, although it is recommended that you work directly with a transport company to transport you to you accommodation. We are happy to transfer your clients to and from their accommodation as an inclusion of your conference package.

Middlebrook Estate offers you the use of our two exclusive coaches for your use.

Valet Service

Middlebrook offers our corporate valet service which operates between your location and Middlebrook exclusive use during your corporate function and return valet service to you final destination. This service is based on your corporate function minimum spend.
